What we collect. When you start a Review: your name, email address, hotel name and website, the answers you give at intake, and, when you accept the agreement, the business name, your name and position, and the time and IP address of acceptance. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Why. To respond to you, and to set up and carry out the Review you ask for (contract). We keep acceptance records and invoices because we must for tax, and to show what was agreed (legal obligation and legitimate interests). We don't use your details for marketing, and we don't sell them.

Hotel data supplied for a Review. Booking and reservation data you supply is processed on your behalf, as described in section 8 of the engagement agreement.

Who else handles it. Stripe (payments); Hetzner, our hosting provider in Germany; and our own mail server. This site also loads a script library from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address.

How long we keep it. Enquiries that don't go ahead: 12 months. Client and payment records: six years, for tax. Review working data: as set out in the agreement (deleted within 30 days of the final report).

Cookies. The site sets one cookie, needed for the sign-up form to work. No analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@profittracker.app. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk
